Level scanner-fed pages
Correct a consistent lean in a scanned packet.
Straighten sloping lines in a scanned PDF. Use a precise manual angle or try automatic deskew, review the page edges and save a corrected image-based PDF before recognition.
In Manual mode, rotate the page until the text lines up with the grid.
Save your result or return to adjust the settings.
Upload one PDF from your device.
Choose automatic correction or adjust the angle visually. Uncheck Apply to all pages for individual page angles.
Save the result and check it before sharing.

Correct a consistent lean in a scanned packet.
Align lines before reading or recognizing the scan.
Give individual pages their own correction instead of rotating the whole packet equally.
Use the slider, degree field or fine nudges to align text lines.
Manual mode starts at 0°. Make a small correction, then compare a long line of text with the grid. Fine nudges help you avoid changing a slight tilt into a larger one.
The angle is a correction to the displayed source. Check the preview rather than guessing whether the scan needs a positive or negative value.
Correct a consistently tilted batch or give individual pages their own angles.
Apply to all pages starts enabled. It is useful when one scanner setup produced the same tilt throughout. Turn it off when different pages lean by different amounts.
Navigate after making a change and confirm the scope label. A document with upright pages and tilted inserts should not receive the same correction everywhere.
Automatic processing can suggest a correction for clear scanned text.
Automatic deskew examines the page during processing. Use it when a document has obvious text lines and you would rather review a computed result than set each angle yourself.
Sparse pages, illustrations and unusual layouts can be ambiguous. Inspect the downloaded result, and return to manual correction when the automatic angle is unsuitable.
Export at 150, 200 or 300 DPI, with 200 DPI as the starting choice.
A higher output resolution can retain finer details when they exist in the source, but it cannot restore missing or blurred letters. Larger page images also take more space and memory.
Deskew creates image-based pages. Use Rotate PDF for a simple quarter-turn if you want to preserve native text and vectors without this raster conversion.
Open one PDF up to 50 MB and 200 source pages. The full source must meet these limits even when you export a subset. Large or complex files can reach browser-memory or processing limits earlier.
The PDF preview is displayed in your browser. Starting the operation sends the document and selected settings to the server for processing. File handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Temporary server processingDeskew corrects tilt and rebuilds pages as images. Rotate PDF makes 90°,180° or 270° orientation changes while retaining native page content.
Yes. Turn off Apply to all pages and adjust the pages individually. Keep it on only when one correction is suitable throughout.
Deskew does not preserve an existing text layer in its image-based output. Run PDF OCR afterward when you need recognized text.
Manual deskew keeps the original page size while rotating the image inside it. Check content near the edges before saving the corrected result.
