Before placing an order, we strongly recommend evaluating the accuracy of our OCR service. You can do this by utilizing our complimentary online service or by submitting sample PDF pages or images via email for free processing. This allows you to assess the quality of our OCR capabilities prior to making a commitment. Data sharing can be facilitated through email, a shared drive platform, or a secure FTP.

OCR Results

For PDF OCR, we provide a word document or text file for the entire PDF or for every page in the PDF separately.

For Image OCR, we provide a word document or text file for every image separately or for the entire set of images.
